Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to info@topplayzone.com with your order number and details of the problem within 14 days of receiving your order.

We endeavour to make every product perfect, but if any part of your order is missing, incorrect or damaged, we will provide replacement parts free of charge as soon as possible.

If you simply no longer want the product and we are unable to resolve any issues, you may return the product to us for a refund.
The product must be unopened and undamaged. We will provide you with the return address by email.

The product must be well packaged in the same way you received it to avoid damage, and any costs associated with the return will be your responsibility.

Once the returned products are received in our warehouse in salable condition, we will process a refund as quickly as possible using the same payment method you used for the order.

Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of returned items to receive your refund.

Delivery

PROCESSING ORDER

After completing your order, you will receive confirmation via email. Orders are then automatically passed to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping.
You will receive another email when your order ships. This email will contain your tracking number.
The preparation time for your order is about 3 business days.

CANCEL AN ORDER

If you need to cancel an order, please email info@topplayzone.com with your order details and reason for cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to cancel the order for you and provide you with a refund as soon as possible.If your order has already been processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel it.

DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are expressed in business days; They do not include weekends or holidays. Normally they are 7 to 15 business days worldwide.
We will deliver your order to the address entered at checkout.If an address is entered incorrectly we are not responsible for package loss (WE DON’T SHIP TO POX BOX).
Our shipments are free, what is not free are the returns of said orders since they charge us for said returns .
If an undeliverable package is returned to us, we can arrange a redelivery
(at your expense, including the cost of processing the return) or a refund (less the cost of shipping and returning the package).
If maximum delivery attempts are made to the correct address but you cannot receive or pick up the package for any reason, you will be charged the return and/or reshipping costs.
Any return and reshipping costs will be charged at the carriers’ own rates. Please note that these costs will likely exceed the amount originally paid for shipping.
If you do not receive an order, you must inform us within 5 days of the expected delivery date indicated when you placed your order.
This will allow us to investigate any issues with the carrier within their official timelines. If you notify us after this period,
we will do our best to locate the package but we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or further delay of your order.

DUTIES AND TAXES

TOPPLAYZONE is located and registered in Spain.
You will not have to pay taxes, VAT, or any type of tariff or customs costs for our products, we assume those costs.
